- The orders that have not been delivered would be facilitated with full amount refund.
- The orders that have been completed would not allow refunds.
- Full/ Partial refund would be allowed for the orders that are not similar to the customer request but the customer has to prove it within 7 days from date that order is completed.

- Please be kind enough to wait until the promotion period ends to request or a refund/. We guarant that it would not exceed four days from the purchase date.
- The refund is done similar to the way you selected to pay for the product.
If you made a card payment from your credit/ debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
If you used your PayPal account to do the payment, the refund will be debited to your PayPal account.
- After confirmed date about the refund, it will take 2 -7 working days to complete the refunding process until the product arrives back.
